• Assist with processing employee timecards and verifying hours worked. • Review timesheets for accuracy, completeness, and required approvals. • Track missing, late, or incorrect time entries and follow up with employees and supervisors. • Enter payroll information into payroll systems accurately and on schedule. • Assist with correcting payroll errors and communicating updates as needed. • Maintain payroll files and documentation in an organized and confidential manner. • Assist with billing processes for services provided, including tracking billable hours and documentation. • Verify billing information for accuracy and ensure required paperwork is included. • Enter billing data into systems and generate invoices as needed. • Monitor billing issues and report concerns or discrepancies to the supervisor. • Maintain billing records and ensure files are up to date for audits or review. • Assist with billing and claim submission through systems such as eXPRS (as applicable). • Maintain accurate and confidential employee and client-related payroll/billing documentation. • Ensure payroll and billing records meet company standards and applicable compliance guidelines. • Communicate professionally with employees regarding payroll questions, missing timecards, or corrections needed.
