Job Description
• Responsible for exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals to continue explosive growth
• Primary focus on the development and closure of opportunities for Swimlane Agentic AI SOC solutions
• Build relationships with key decision-makers in information security departments across various industries
• Develop opportunities from initial lead generation to product demonstrations and successful closures
• Engage in regular travel for events and representation of the company
Job Requirements
- 10 + years of successful experience in sales of information security services and products
- Demonstrable expertise in managing sales opportunities from prospect to closure
- Proven hunter capabilities
- Strong experience managing marketing and channel driven demand
- Extensive contacts in the information security field
- Extensive contacts in the VAR and SI community
- Understanding of SOC environments
- Ability to present the Swimlane solution without sales engineer support
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Capability to present technical information to a variety of audiences
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to forecast and manage sales pipeline using SalesForce.com
- Hands-on experience in selling information security services or products
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks to successful completion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed organization
- Up to 50% travel is required
