• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies aligned to business goals and market trends • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from intake through offer, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience • Build diverse talent pipelines through compelling job postings, referrals, social media, and proactive sourcing strategies • Use assessment tools, structured interview guides, and scorecards to support consistent, merit-based selection decisions • Coach hiring leaders on effective, unbiased recruitment practices and inclusive interviewing techniques • Monitor and engage on employment-focused social media sites and job boards to strengthen our employer brand • Represent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities • Share recruiting best practices and market insights with the Talent Acquisition team
