• Evaluate and test weekly releases to ensure system functionality is not negatively impacted • Research, evaluate, and write up configuration due to system issues • Identify needs for configuration changes for enhancements or new compliance items • Lead testing of the system fixes, changes, and enhancements • Lead testing of the bi-annual system upgrades • Year End preparation and processing • Support data requests on an adhoc basis • Processes bi-weekly/weekly/off-cycle salaried and hourly payrolls for approximately 4,000 employees across multiple states as needed • Provide Training to business partners, managers, and payroll coordinators
