• Oversee payroll processing across our distributed workforce spanning 8 countries with direct employees. • Manage relationships with multiple EOR/PEO vendors across 12+ countries. • Prepare and validate payroll inputs, including HR data, compensation changes, and relocations. • Respond to and resolve employee inquiries regarding their pay. • Partner with the People and Benefits teams to ensure compliance with local law over leaves, time off, overtime/differentials, and statutory reporting. • Prepare monthly entries and reconciliations in coordination with the accounting team. • Develop ad-hoc reports for finance & legal teams, such as workers’ compensation. • Support accrual calculations for statutory bonuses and accrued leaves. • Manage our global payroll vendors and evaluate new providers. • Improve and expand our process documentation and playbooks. • Implement integrations across our dispersed payroll, finance, and HR systems.
