Job Description
• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Cloud & Intelligent Support Managed Services.
• Align service offerings with market trends, client needs, and business goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of managed Cloud and IS services vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic clients.
• Lead client onboarding, service reviews, and escalation management.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Cloud, MS professionals.
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge security technologies and platforms.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, and/or equivalent experience in Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Cloud Azure, AWS, Google, Microsoft, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within Managed Services.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale security operations and client engagements.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), regulatory requirements, and threat landscapes.
- Experience with Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google, and cloud security tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications preferred.
