• Design and launch standardized, tiered service offerings that drive attach rate and incremental revenue • Develop repeatable implementation methodologies, templates, and delivery playbooks • Partner with Sales to strengthen services positioning, improve scoping accuracy, and support complex deal strategy • Oversee end-to-end delivery ensuring predictable outcomes, strong satisfaction, and margin performance • Establish and track key metrics: utilization, margin, forecasting accuracy, and time-to-value • Improve capacity planning and resource allocation to support growth without linear headcount increases • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term adoption • Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting clear expectations and building leadership bench strength • Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering based on delivery insights
