• Plan and execute tradeshows, roadshows, Lunch & Learn events, and other pipeline-generation programs • Own end-to-end event execution, including logistics, vendors, staffing, timelines, and onsite delivery • Serve as the primary onsite lead, managing setup, execution, teardown, and real-time issue resolution • Travel to support in-person events and ensure consistent execution standards • Lead onsite staff, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth, professional event execution • Analyze and present post-event reporting, including attendance, engagement, pipeline impact, and qualitative insights
