Job Description

• Own Foundation Health’s LinkedIn strategy; grow followers, engagement, and thought leadership presence. • Manage updates and content on the Foundation Health website to reflect the latest messaging, product offerings, and press releases. • Create high-impact content including one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, blog posts, and newsletters. • Build a library of customer-facing and sales enablement materials to support the commercial team. • Partner with sales on conference strategy, including booth design, collateral, lead capture, and follow-up campaigns. • Collaborate with external PR partners and internal stakeholders on press releases, award submissions, and media opportunities. • Partner with sales to design and execute targeted sales campaigns and outreach programs to fuel pipeline. • Support messaging and creative for outbound and account-based marketing efforts. • Track and report on marketing performance across channels (social, website, campaigns, events). • Provide insights to optimize spend and improve ROI. • Showcase customer success stories through testimonials and case studies. • Partner with recruiting to support employer branding efforts on LinkedIn and beyond.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in digital health, healthcare technology, or B2B SaaS.
  • Strong background in content creation, brand building, and demand generation.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media, websites, and lightweight digital campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment where you set strategy and execute.
