Job Description

• Developing and enhancing ITSM processes including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Service Catalog. • Developing and maintaining scripts, integrations, and APIs to extend ServiceNow's functionality and integrate with other systems. • Creating and maintaining workflows, business rules, UI policies, detailed technical specifications and documentation. • Working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. • Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and automation using ServiceNow capabilities. • Presenting status updates to key stakeholders while participating in software design, project planning, and monitoring its performance in production

Job Requirements

2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or it's equivalent.
Active Security Clearance.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in various modules.
Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management concepts.
Experience with the ServiceNow Customer Service Management module.
Experience in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.), and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Good team player that enjoys collaborating and solving problems.
