Job Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant oncology experience.
- License (RN, NP, CNP, PA or equivalent) with a minimum of a Masters’ degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant oncology experience.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an oncology MSL or comparable oncology industry role required (see preferred knowledge).
- Competence in the following areas: Needs Assessment, Facilitation, Prioritization, Decision Making, Collaboration, Planning & Organizing, Implementation/Follow-up, Written and Verbal Communication.
- Meeting management skills and operational capabilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization to achieve desired outcomes.
- MSL (or relevant industry role) and clinical experience within oncology/immuno-oncology (solid tumor therapeutic areas of melanoma and/or lung cancer), and/or cellular therapy preferred
