Job Description
• Analyze and improve business processes with a focus on the TOTVS Protheus ERP
• Perform system parameterization, adjustments and technical support
• Integrate Protheus with other platforms via Webservices and APIs
• Support users in system usage, providing training and enablement
• Manage updates, version migrations and system performance tuning
• Align ERP functionality with the specific needs of each business area.
Job Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of the main TOTVS Protheus modules:
- Finance
- Invoicing
- Purchasing
- Inventory
- Fiscal Books
- Personnel Management
- Electronic Timekeeping (Time & Attendance)
- TAF
- Strong understanding of business processes and organizational logic
- Experience in technical support and continuous system improvement
- Experience with integrations using Webservices and APIs
- Analytical, proactive profile with a problem-solving orientation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to identify user needs.
