Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Revenue Marketing & Events who will lead the team behind the GTM, Growth and Revenue engines for our flagship customer conference, Elevate. You must be a visionary strategist capable of mapping out upmarket growth plays, but also a full-stack operator who can roll up your sleeves to build the ABM workflows and attribution models that make our vision a reality. The Elevate Event Marketing team at monday.com designs and delivers our high-impact, global conferences that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial growth. We sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, product, and brand - translating business priorities into unforgettable moments at scale. About Elevate Elevate is monday.com’s flagship global conference , hosting thousands of customers, partners, industry analysts, influencers, and decision makers each year. Recent editions brought together more than 5,000 in-person attendees across New York, London, and Sydney, alongside 30,000+ online participants. This is not a standard event role; Elevate is a high-profile, large-scale production that represents the company on a global stage. We are seeking a proven leader who has built and delivered global conferences at the 5,000+ attendee level. 10+ Years in Demand Generation: You have been in the trenches of B2B SaaS for over a decade and have a proven track record of driving $M+ in influenced pipeline Full-Stack Ops Experience: You are proficient in the "Modern Revenue Stack" Up-Market Expertise: You understand the nuances of selling to Enterprises and SMBs "Conf & Campaign" Veteran: You have successfully led GTM for large-scale flagship conferences and understand the unique "T-Minus" pressure of event marketing Strategic "Doer": You can present a 12-month GTM roadmap to the Board, then go back to your desk and build the workflows yourself if needed What monday.com can offer you: Opportunity to join a well-funded, proven company with big ambitions, competitive salary and benefits package, bonus potential, and eligibility to take part in the company equity incentive program An amazing company culture that values transparency and collaboration while never forgetting to have fun while we work! Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations. #LI-Hybrid
