Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3–5 years of teaching experience, preferably in adult education, language instruction, or professional development settings.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish with strong verbal and written command of English.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Spanish as a second or foreign language.
- Ability to adapt teaching style to varied proficiency levels and instructional materials.
- Experience teaching adult learners or at the higher education level preferred.
- Solid understanding of language acquisition principles, instructional methodologies, and classroom management best practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for language education and cultural exchange.
- Candidates will be required to prepare and deliver a 15-minute demo lesson demonstrating instructional effectiveness, organization, engagement techniques, and ability to connect with adult learners.
