Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting across corporate, technical/engineering, and manufacturing roles.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred) and strong documentation discipline.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, referrals, and networking events.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, including behavioral and competency-based evaluation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence without authority and set expectations effectively.
- Data literacy to interpret recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
- Strong advocacy for DEI and delivering a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Skilled in offer management and negotiation with a high sense of urgency and follow-through.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
