Job Requirements
- 8+ years in event marketing; ideally in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment.
- Highly organized, polished, and top tier program management skills.
- Strong messaging, content, and GTM instincts.
- Proven experience running trade shows and events end-to-end.
- Comfortable collaborating across Sales, Creative, Product, Partners, and leadership.
- Operational competence managing multiple vendors, budgets, timelines, shipping, and onsite problem-solving.
- Experience with event platforms and tools (lead capture, registration systems, event portals, etc.).
- A data-driven approach to pipeline, performance, and ROI.
- Willingness to travel for key events (20-30% depending on event calendar).
