Job Description

The Senior Manager, Digital Content & Education leads the development and execution of Porch Light Health’s digital content and education infrastructure in support of new patient acquisition, patient retention, workforce development, and brand growth. This role transforms clinical expertise, provider education initiatives, and organizational storytelling into scalable digital assets, including accredited continuing education programs, workforce development content, patient and caregiver education resources, and in-house multimedia production. The position plays a key role in supporting grant-funded initiatives related to provider education, workforce expansion, and patient engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role with measurable impact across growth, retention, education, and revenue pathways. Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in digital content production, multimedia strategy, or education delivery
  • Experience managing LMS platforms preferred
  • Strong video production, editing, and photography capability
  • Experience supporting education or workforce development initiatives preferred
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple production pipelines
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Healthcare or mission-driven experience preferred
  • Compensation: $85,000 – $115,000 annually, based on experience, location, education and internal equity

  • Position open to candidates residing in Colorado or New Mexico
