Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience)
- 2+ years of virtual technical training experience incorporating engaging, interactive elements
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Strong organization skills and efficient time and priority management
- Excellent verbal and written skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-directed and proactive, anticipating learner questions and customer needs
- Knowledge and proficiency in adult learning; ability to create high-level training courses that incorporate experiential learning activities to meet the needs and culture of the audience (generic and customized); proficient in facilitating professional training programs; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.
