Job Description

This role focuses on improving case acquisition rates across websites, landing pages, and marketing campaigns. You'll work across SEO, Paid Media, Content, Design, Development, and Attribution to ensure traffic growth translates into measurable business results. Conversion Strategy & Roadmapping Develop and maintain CRO roadmaps aligned with client business goals and case acquisition KPIs. Audit websites and landing pages for friction points, UX gaps, messaging misalignment, and missed conversion opportunities. Prioritize initiatives using structured frameworks based on impact, effort, and data confidence. Build repeatable CRO systems that scale across multiple client accounts. Develop and maintain CRO roadmaps aligned with client business goals and case acquisition KPIs. Audit websites and landing pages for friction points, UX gaps, messaging misalignment, and missed conversion opportunities. Prioritize initiatives using structured frameworks based on impact, effort, and data confidence. Build repeatable CRO systems that scale across multiple client accounts. Foundational Conversion Optimization Review new site builds and landing pages to ensure they align with modern conversion best practices. Evaluate user flow, messaging hierarchy, trust elements, calls to action, and form experience. Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve conversion readiness before and after launch. Ongoing Testing & Experimentation Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages and high-impact website pages. Develop hypotheses informed by GA4 data, funnel analysis, behavioral tools, and performance trends. Ensure experiments are statistically valid and properly structured. Maintain documentation of hypotheses, variations, results, and key learnings. Continuously iterate based on data to improve conversion rate and qualified case acquisition. Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages and high-impact website pages. Develop hypotheses informed by GA4 data, funnel analysis, behavioral tools, and performance trends. Ensure experiments are statistically valid and properly structured. Maintain documentation of hypotheses, variations, results, and key learnings. Continuously iterate based on data to improve conversion rate and qualified case acquisition. Cross-Channel Optimization Partner with Paid Media to optimize landing pages tied to active campaigns and improve cost per lead performance. Work with SEO and Content teams to increase conversion performance of high-traffic organic pages. Align messaging and user intent from ad or search entry point through conversion. Ensure optimization drives overall case acquisition efficiency, not just isolated page metrics. Work closely with Design and Development to implement tests and permanent improvements. Build strong cross-functional relationships to streamline experimentation workflows. Provide ongoing education on CRO principles and emerging best practices. Ensure all conversion tests and form modifications preserve attribution tracking integrity and CRM data flow. Contribute to a culture of testing, learning, and continuous performance improvement.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, UX optimization, or performance marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in GA4 and conversion funnel analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience running statistically sound A/B tests.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into implementation plans.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven agency environment.
  • Experience in legal marketing or lead generation environments (nice-to-have).
  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts (nice-to-have).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript (nice-to-have).
  • Experience with experimentation platforms such as Crazyegg, Optimizely, or similar tools (nice-to-have).
  • Understanding of persuasive copywriting and behavioral psychology (nice-to-have).
