Job Description

This role offers the chance to combine technical expertise with customer-facing impact in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You will work closely with enterprise clients to design, architect, and implement scalable solutions that address complex operational challenges. The position involves strategic collaboration with internal teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure solution alignment and maximize business value. You will influence both the technical direction of deals and the product roadmap, contributing insights that drive innovation and shape customer outcomes. Travel is expected for client engagement, offering direct exposure to enterprise stakeholders and opportunities to deliver impactful solutions. Your work will directly support business growth while driving customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Architect and deliver enterprise-grade solutions that meet customers’ business and technical requirements. Act as a trusted technical advisor to executives and technical stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle. Identify and develop high-value solutions for emerging customer use cases and operational needs. Provide detailed, data-driven feedback to influence product roadmap and innovation priorities. Partner across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to accelerate business outcomes and streamline processes. Share best practices and domain expertise to elevate team performance and knowledge. Ensure solution proposals are technically sound, compliant, and aligned with customer goals.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise technical sales or solutions engineering in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS-based solutions.
  • Experience integrating AI to deliver measurable business value.
  • Solid networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Ability to translate complex customer needs into scalable, outcome-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and persuasive storytelling abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with video management systems, CCTV, or access control technologies is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, highly autonomous, and collaborative with a focus on achieving team outcomes.
