ABOUT THE ROLE We currently have an opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an active Oregon license for a 100% telepsychiatry position. This position is part-time (24 hours/week) and will allow you to provide services remotely for patients accessing care from a FQHC. Patient population is lifespan, ages 5-65. WHAT YOU’LL DO Provide mental health services such as intake, therapy and counseling Provide video-based behavioral health assessment with patients Assist with de-escalation and stabilization Phone or video capture any readily available collateral information from other sources Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors Provide written recommendation on next level of assessment or care Maintain documentation within partner site’s EMR Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context Maintain all required certifications and licenses WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Licensed in therapy: LCSW Clinicians must have active state license COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The pay range for this role is $37 - $41 an hour. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
