Role Description

We are looking for a driven Sales Director to lead enterprise wireless solution sales in North America. You’ll focus on private 5G, AI-RAN, and Wi-Fi 7 deployments for manufacturing, logistics, utilities, ports, and large campuses.

  • Identify and win new enterprise accounts for BMI's wireless products
  • Build relationships with IT/OT leaders, system integrators, and carriers
  • Drive full sales cycle from lead to close, including proposals and contract negotiation
  • Manage a healthy pipeline and hit revenue targets
  • Work with product and marketing to shape offers and messaging
  • Represent BMI at events, customer meetings, and partner briefings

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of enterprise sales experience in wireless, networking, or industrial IoT
  • Familiar with private 5G, Wi-Fi 6/7, or edge networking solutions
  • Proven ability to sell to large industrial or enterprise clients
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field

Requirements

  • Experience with Open RAN or AI in wireless networks
  • Technical knowledge of CBRS, RedCap, AFC, or TSN
  • Existing relationships with carriers, SIs, or industrial VARs
  • Familiarity with North American spectrum and wireless regulations

Benefits

  • Base: $100k–$150k CAD (based on experience)
  • Commission: Uncapped, OTE up to $300k+
  • Full benefits
