Role Description

As VP of Product Management, you will own the execution, performance, and long‑term success of HiveMQ’s product portfolio across data streaming, data intelligence, and agentic AI. Acting as the Chief Product Officer’s right hand, you will:

• Define HiveMQ’s product development philosophy
• Design and run an AI‑first product development operating model at scale
• Align Product, Design, and Engineering into one cohesive system
• Deliver tangible customer and revenue impact

This role requires a proven track record of taking products from 0-to-1 successfully in the data and analytics domain.

Qualifications

• Extensive product leadership experience (typically 15+ years of total work experience)
• 7+ years leading managers and distributed teams across geographies and time zones
• Proven business ownership for a major product line or business unit
• Demonstrated 0-to-1 product success in the data and analytics domain
• Strong ability to design and run a scalable product operating model
• Strong financial and portfolio acumen
• Track record of building and leading high‑performing leadership teams
• Experience running a major product line or business
• Player–coach mentality
• Strong domain alignment with data intelligence / analytics products
• High cross‑regional collaboration comfort
• Proven ability to create strong alignment between Product, Design, and Engineering

Requirements

• Deep domain experience in industrial software, IoT/IIoT, data platforms, analytics, or AI/ML products
• Prior experience operating at VP/CPO level in a high‑growth B2B software or SaaS company
• Strong track record of leading AI‑native transformations
• Experience rebuilding or scaling a product management function
• Recognized thought leadership in product management
