Role Description

This role involves generating leads and selling insurance products.

  • Generate your own leads through networking, community involvement, and relationship building
  • Quote and sell personal and commercial insurance (home, auto, umbrella, life, business, and more)
  • Build multi-line households and businesses to maximize client protection and your bonus potential
  • Focus 100% on sales—no ongoing service or renewal work required

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Life & Health license (preferred or willing to obtain)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and relationship-focused
  • Hunter mentality—enjoys prospecting and building a pipeline

Benefits

  • Base salary: $55,000–$65,000 (DOE) + commission on all new business
  • Multi-line bonuses: $50 for 3 lines, $150 for 4+ lines per account
  • First-year earnings potential: $90,000+ (base + commission + bonuses)
  • Health benefits, marketing support, and access to 9 office locations
  • Outside of Office, Remote/work-from-home flexibility with regular field activity
