Job Description

• Own and continuously refine revenue forecasting models and methodologies • Partner with Sales and Finance Leadership to drive forecast accuracy, accountability, and risk visibility • Lead and maintain executive-level dashboards used in leadership discussions • Monitor pipeline health, coverage, and risk across segments • Identify data quality gaps and recommend scalable process improvements • Explain variance, assumptions, and risk with confidence and clarity

Job Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Analytics
  • Demonstrated experience owning or significantly contributing to revenue forecasting
  • Experience collaborating with Sales and Finance leaders in forecasting or planning
  • Strong analytical skills, Excel required, BI and CRM preferred
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
  • Clear communicator who can explain tradeoffs and assumptions
  • Education industry experience preferred.
