Job Description
Role Description
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own and optimize our web funnels in a classic cross-functional setup (design + dev + QA). This role is focused on growth, monetization, and experimentation. You’ll work closely with UA, Creative, and Product teams to increase ARPU, LTV, and overall funnel performance.
- Own web funnel optimization across all traffic sources (Meta, Applovin, TikTok etc.)
- Run A/B tests to improve ARPU, CVR, and LTV
- Launch and validate new funnels for new sales angles
- Build and prioritize a backlog of growth hypotheses
- Align product experience with marketing promises
- Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams on implementation
- Work with localized funnels
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to generate growth insights
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in Product Marketing / Growth / Monetization (B2C)
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics and subscription economics
- Experience running A/B tests and measuring impact
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical thinking
- Experience working with analytics tools (Amplitude, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience working with paid traffic products
- Ability to define hypotheses and prioritize experiments
- Comfortable working with dashboards and CR analysis
- Experience working cross-functionally with design and development teams

- Nice to have: Basic understanding of no-code tools or frontend logic
