Role Description

As a Licensed Customer Service Representative – P&C, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for insured members, providing high-quality inbound service while protecting and strengthening client relationships.

  • Answer inbound insurance calls
  • Deliver exceptional service and aim for first-call resolution
  • Assist customers with:
    • Billing questions and payments (PCI compliant)
    • ID cards and policy documents
    • Endorsements (address, vehicle, and driver changes)
    • Reinstatements and procedural cancellations
  • Schedule account reviews for the inside sales team
  • Accurately document all interactions within insurance provider systems
  • Identify coverage gaps and growth opportunities
  • Proactively refer members to internal licensed specialists

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license in Minnesota
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a professional environment
  • Prior insurance agency or contact center experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based applications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
