Role Description
This role involves spearheading new market development for specialty chemical solutions in the consumer electronics, data center/server, and semiconductor industries.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the consumer electronics, data center/server, and semiconductor segments.
- Formulate and execute strategies to expand market share.
- Deep engagement with the whole electronics value chain in the region.
- Create demand pull and secure inclusion of chemical materials in customer product specifications.
- Develop strategic partnerships with major brand owners and OEMs.
- Work closely with product development, sales, and technical service teams.
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to the formulation of global and regional go-to-market plans.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related relevant degree.
- 10+ years relevant experience in commercial roles within the consumer electronics and semiconductor industry.
- Prior customer engagement and business development experience.
- A valid U.S. Driver’s license.
- Ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).

- MBA or advanced degree in business/marketing (preferred).
- Electronics industry technical background (preferred).
- Experience with key account management and/or value chain management (preferred).
- Prior experience with cross-cultural and cross-functional work (preferred).
