Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field with 14+ years' experience in clinical research, operations, or monitoring
- 4+ years direct leadership experience
- Demonstrated understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and US FDA regulations
- Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate or similar role
- Experience overseeing clinical site activities
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a remote team effectively
