Role Description

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Advisors. In this role, you'll help clients plan and book unforgettable vacations—including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, destination weddings, honeymoons, and custom travel experiences—all while working remotely on a flexible schedule. No prior travel industry experience is required.

  • Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and goals
  • Research, plan, and book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, cruises, tours, etc.)
  • Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and social platforms
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
  • Stay up to date on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
  • Market travel services using company-approved tools and training

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Reliable internet access and basic computer skills
  • Passion for travel and helping others
  • Sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
