Global Account Manager leading technical vision for Snowflake’s largest global accounts

The primary responsibility involves conducting Cognitive Debriefing as part of the Linguistic Validation process for Clinical Outcome Assessments. This includes having participants review translated instruments and provide feedback on clarity and cultural relevance to an interviewer.

The Solutions Engineer will act as a technical subject matter expert, supporting Account Executives by articulating the company's value proposition and ensuring technical alignment with customers and partners. Key duties include owning pre-sales technical support from initial contact through closing, crafting value-based presentations, and enabling new Account Executives through training.
