Job Description

• Design and implement automated lifecycle journeys aligned to onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, and win-back use cases • Translate campaign briefs and experience direction into: Channel sequencing and coordination (email, push, in-app) Entry and exit criteria Trigger logic, suppression rules, and timing • Ensure journeys are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform and data constraints • Build and launch lifecycle campaigns in Braze with accuracy and attention to detail • Implement segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content • QA all campaigns to ensure correctness, compliance, and on-time delivery • Own execution quality and delivery standards across lifecycle programs • Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, broken journeys, and delivery failures • Support Execute A/B tests and experiments accurately and consistently • Build reusable journey patterns, templates, and documentation

Job Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or CRM-related roles
  • Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in Braze (or similar platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Iterable, or Customer.io)
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, triggers, personalization, and automated journeys
  • Experience supporting experimentation (A/B testing) and performance optimization
  • High attention to detail with a strong QA mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
