As an RN Field Case Manager at Injury Management Organization, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in the rehabilitation of injured employees by assessing their medical needs and coordinating care through comprehensive plans that adhere to evidence-based guidelines and ODG standards. Your responsibilities will include actively participating in facilitating patient progress, and collaborating with both healthcare providers and employers to ensure optimal outcomes. Daily tasks encompass documenting patient interactions, monitoring treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with Workers' Compensation regulations.
