• Maintain and optimize Workday system performance, ensuring uptime and reliability. • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related technical issues and service requests. • Manage and coordinate Workday updates, releases, and enhancements in coordination with HR, Finance, IT teams and other Stakeholders. • Develop and support Workday integrations with third-party systems. • Ensure compliance with security policies and data governance best practices. • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and system efficiencies. • Provide training and technical support for users. • Follow change control policies and procedures for application migrations from non-production to production environments. • Minor programming and development. • Participate in internal and external audits and produce audit documentation and reports as necessary. • Provide excellent customer service.
