Job Description

• Lead Curiox’s business development strategy across biopharma, CRO/CDMO, and strategic partners • Identify, prioritize, and advance high-impact enterprise opportunities and long-cycle partnerships • Build and manage senior-level relationships with biopharma companies, CROs, OEMs, and platform partners • Drive adoption strategies within complex, multi-site enterprise organizations • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution

Job Requirements

  • Senior business development or commercial leader with experience in life science tools, diagnostics, or biotechnology
  • Demonstrated success developing enterprise relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Strong ability to operate in complex, evolving markets with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence with customers, partners, and internal teams
