Role Description

Leverage your expertise where ownership meets immediate impact. We are looking for a high-caliber Contractor MuleSoft Technical Lead. This role is designed for a builder at heart who thrives in high-growth consulting environments and has the autonomy to execute complex technical strategies.

As a Contract Technical Lead, you will serve as the architectural anchor and delivery engine for a MuleSoft and NetSuite integration project. You will blend deep technical mastery—spanning Anypoint Platform, DataWeave, and NetSuite—with a consultative mindset to transform business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions. Beyond core development, you will lead critical data migrations and help pioneer the deployment of Agentforce through robust API connectivity.

• Translate estimators, SOWs, and sales handoffs into comprehensive Technical Design Documents (TDD) that expertly integrate NetSuite ERP with Salesforce and other external services.
• Drive the full development lifecycle, writing high-quality code and managing complex integrations between MuleSoft and NetSuite.
• Lead technical workshops and client design sessions to define integration strategy and manage scope, acting as the primary bridge between business goals and technical feasibility.
• Manage Integration Syncs with on+offshore development teams, providing the technical leadership necessary to ensure architectural integrity.
• Outline and oversee the end-to-end Data Migration Plan.
• Champion modern development best practices (MUnit, CI/CD) while staying hands-on to triage bugs and ensure all technical milestones are met.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of MuleSoft consulting experience, with a proven track record as a Technical Lead or Senior Integration Developer.
• Deep hands-on experience with Mule 4, DataWeave, RAML, Anypoint Studio, and various Salesforce APIs (NetSuite Integration Expertise preferred).
• Strong understanding of the core Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds) and how they consume integrated data.
• Comfortable working within Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies to meet strict project deadlines.
• Strong understanding of the Development Lifecycle, environment & release management, branching strategies (Git), and deployment methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with global on+offshore teams.
• Certifications: Active MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Platform Architect credentials are highly preferred.
