• The purpose of the Sr. Manager, Program Optimization & Custom Analytics is designed to work with health systems to demonstrate the applied clinical, financial and operational feasibility of Ion • Provide consultation to health systems providers and physicians on strategies for optimizing robotics programs • Formalize & scale analytics projects in order to meet internal and external customer demands • Partner with business unit colleagues to identify barriers that may inhibit technology adoption • Increase patient access to Intuitive technology by removing access constraints through consultative advanced analytics • Drive a project plan with a cross-functional team that builds out a common data model, compliant processes, and automation • Assist digital product teams in discovery, defining, development & delivery of products • Partner with Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR) colleagues to identify research gaps and develop evidence strategies
