Role Description
The Field Service Expansion Manager will play a key role in Group CBS’s Greenfield growth strategy by leading and developing new regional field service operations in markets where Group CBS currently does not have a footprint. This role combines technical leadership with business development responsibilities.
- Leverage existing customer relationships and a personal book of business to establish and expand operations.
- Responsible for generating sales, executing projects from cradle to grave, and building a sustainable customer base.
- Ensure profitable growth, operational excellence, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully establishing or expanding regional service operations.
- Demonstrated ability to bring an existing book of business and grow new customer relationships.
- Strong technical knowledge of power systems, electrical testing, or related services.
- Sales and business development skills with ability to identify and close opportunities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage projects from cradle to grave.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce and Oracle Netsuite experience preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in field service management, business development, or technical sales.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.

The Business Development Representative will act as the initial contact for prospects, handling both inbound and outbound communications to educate them on the platform's ability to improve community engagement. This role is responsible for qualifying leads and scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives.
