Role Description

The Field Service Expansion Manager will play a key role in Group CBS’s Greenfield growth strategy by leading and developing new regional field service operations in markets where Group CBS currently does not have a footprint. This role combines technical leadership with business development responsibilities.

  • Leverage existing customer relationships and a personal book of business to establish and expand operations.
  • Responsible for generating sales, executing projects from cradle to grave, and building a sustainable customer base.
  • Ensure profitable growth, operational excellence, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully establishing or expanding regional service operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring an existing book of business and grow new customer relationships.
  • Strong technical knowledge of power systems, electrical testing, or related services.
  • Sales and business development skills with ability to identify and close opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage projects from cradle to grave.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce and Oracle Netsuite experience preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of combined experience in field service management, business development, or technical sales.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
