Role Description
- Recruit & Source Candidates
- Find qualified physicians and advanced care providers using job boards, databases, and other sourcing tools.
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, and fit.
- Maintain a pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Collaborate with the team.
- Understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates and ensure a smooth experience.
- Track all recruitment activity in our CRM.
- Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- English: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Tech: Reliable computer/laptop, phone, and stable internet.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM EST – 5 PM EST (can be shifted slightly based on the availability).
- Mindset: Driven, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Experience: At least two years of U.S. locum tenens recruiting experience REQUIRED.
- Your past or current experience should include hiring physicians and/or advanced providers for U.S. healthcare facilities.
- Strong Locum Tenens Industry References and track record.
