Role Description

  • Recruit & Source Candidates
    • Find qualified physicians and advanced care providers using job boards, databases, and other sourcing tools.
    • Screen candidates for skills, experience, and fit.
    • Maintain a pipeline of active and passive talent.
    • Collaborate with the team.
    • Understand job requirements and hiring needs.
    • Provide regular updates and ensure a smooth experience.
    • Track all recruitment activity in our CRM.
    • Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

  • English: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Tech: Reliable computer/laptop, phone, and stable internet.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM EST – 5 PM EST (can be shifted slightly based on the availability).
  • Mindset: Driven, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Experience: At least two years of U.S. locum tenens recruiting experience REQUIRED.
  • Your past or current experience should include hiring physicians and/or advanced providers for U.S. healthcare facilities.
  • Strong Locum Tenens Industry References and track record.
