Job Description
Clinical Ink is seeking a Product Manager to join our Product Management team based remotely across the United States. The Product Manager will lead the design and development of web and mobile applications, ensuring delivery aligns with overall product strategy and business objectives. This role works very closely with Development and Quality resources while defining product requirements, developing use cases, and overseeing design and development milestones. The Product Manager's responsibilities include:
  • Manage and support web and mobile product design and development and ensure strategy and company deliverables are met by:
    • Work closely with internal and external/outsourced software development resources continuously throughout the product development lifecycle
    • Create product requirements documentation
    • Draft end-user ‘use cases’
    • Oversee wireframe, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity design development
    • Manage product development deliverables and milestones
  • Implement current and future product strategy and efforts
  • Implement 1-3 year product management strategy (new features, products, etc.) in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with cross-functional team members from across the organization to ensure products and features are operationalized
  • Write and oversee launch strategy for new features/products
  • Write business cases and ROI for new features/products
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration/marketing or related field(s)
  • 5+ years’ experience in product management and/or design
  • Expertise in web and mobile app development for healthcare/life sciences 
  • Expertise leading product development on both web and mobile platforms
  • Experience overseeing and participating in 3 or more product development lifecycles
  • Experience working with agile software development teams
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate to various levels of personnel
  • Prior project management experience preferred
