A Day in the Life of the Sales Programs and Operations Specialist:The Sales Programs and Operations Specialist supports core sales activities by managing the sales pipeline, coordinating business development initiatives, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. The role includes preparing sales materials, maintaining and updating sales support systems, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive stronger sales performance. The Sales Programs and Operations Specialist analyzes sales data to uncover trends, designs and delivers training programs, and ensures effective use of sales tools such as CRM platforms. The role serves as a bridge between sales operations and sales enablement - evaluating performance, executing strategic initiatives, and providing ongoing support to sales leaders and teams. Key responsibilities span data analysis, process optimization, technology implementation, and coaching to enhance sales capabilities.
Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Generate reports to show the results of enablement programs.
Develop, implement, and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. This can include creating onboarding materials and sales enablement content for new hires.
Lead the evaluation and adoption of sales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ensure data integrity within the systems and provide administrative support.
Analyze and optimize existing sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to implement and refine sales practices.
Create performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to sales leadership. Support the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
Partner with sales leaders to coach and motivate the sales team. Create development plans and provide ongoing support to improve selling skills.

What You Bring to the Table:
1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role.
Preferred experience in Salesforce, Hubspot, and other Sales efficiency tools
Experience with CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Experience developing training content or onboarding programs.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, Storytelling with data.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to analyze and refine sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree is a plus. Major in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is $46,000 - $62,000 plus opportunities for benefits. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
