• Define and evolve Adobe’s student community engagement strategy • Partner with Product, PMM, and Design to create campus-based product pilots • Architect structured co-creation mechanisms for student input • Design inclusive engagement frameworks for community program leads • Establish cross-functional operating rhythms

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years in community strategy, product strategy, engagement design, or related fields
  • Proven ability to design engagement systems
  • Experience partnering with Product teams
  • Strong analytical instinct
  • Operational rigor for frameworks and playbooks
  • Deep understanding of student motivations
