• Develop, document, and maintain project management deliverables, including project plans; budget, scope and timeline status reports; and issue and risk tracking and mitigation logs • Develop project strategies and plans in collaboration with project and delivery leaders, and identify the methods and tools required for the project • Forecast project resources and communicate resourcing needs throughout the project lifecycle • Monitor project budgets against plans and work with the client and project team to resolve variances in a timely manner • Manage day-to-day project and team operations to ensure all project deliverables are met and drive toward successful project completion • Identify, socialize and implement the most effective processes to maintain strong project management best practice across the team • Adhere to internal project processes and status reporting procedures • Manage scope creep by coordinating and responding to requests that vary from original specifications • Ensure quality of project deliverables through extensive planning, execution, quality assurance and quality control techniques • Coach and mentor teams to follow agile best practices (when appropriate) • Create significant value for customers by rapidly delivering quality technology solutions • Comply with applicable industry and client standards and regulations, including privacy and security • Identify growth opportunities within a project and across the client organization • Manage client relationships and expectations
