Role Description

A real estate rental company is seeking a motivated and personable Rental Leasing Agent to manage rental showings and leasing coordination throughout the Brooklyn area. This role includes:

• Responding to email inquiries from prospective renters
• Scheduling and conducting apartment showings
• Managing leasing coordination throughout Brooklyn
• Independently managing and organizing your schedule
• Meeting clients in person and guiding them through the rental process

Qualifications

• Must be based in Brooklyn
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, flexible role
• Personable and confident meeting clients in person
• Organized and reliable with time management

Requirements

• This is a part-time, remote role
• Training is provided
