Job Description

• Own and execute new automated storage system sales, managing opportunities from prospecting through order placement and transition to operations. • Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through customer meetings, presentations, requirements discovery, and proposal development (with support from U.S. and UK-based teams). • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Lead negotiations and close complex, high-value deals. • Maintain accurate and timely sales pipeline reporting and CRM data. • Build and manage relationships with third-party partners to support regional sales objectives. • Provide market and customer feedback to support product development and corporate strategy. • Collaborate with marketing to generate cost-effective, territory-appropriate lead generation initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience involving high-value transactions (>$1M PO), preferably in laboratory or scientific equipment.
  • Established relationships within Drug Discovery and/or Biobanking markets preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Frequent in territory travel, likely ~50% of time on the road.
