The eCommerce Key Account Manager will lead the execution of online sales strategies, driving growth, profitability, and market share across major digital retail channels. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, finance, and product to optimize promotional programs, pricing strategies, and assortment planning. You will manage key relationships with vendors and online marketplaces, leveraging data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and improve account performance. - Serve as the primary liaison with major eCommerce vendors, managing relationships to drive sales growth and market share expansion.
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital sales strategies including promotions, pricing, and assortment planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, operations, finance) to ensure seamless account plan execution and achieve forecasted targets.
- Conduct business reviews and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional agreements to maximize revenue and maintain mutually beneficial vendor partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with demand planning and supply chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory management, and timely order fulfillment.
- Drive initiatives to increase product visibility, improve conversion rates, and optimize traffic and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sales, promotional management, or commercial account management for eCommerce clients.
- Proven ability to develop and manage complex 4P strategies across digital retail channels.
- Strong proficiency in vendor/seller management and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and vendors.
- Preferred: experience in the beauty or consumer products industries, with a strong understanding of digital marketplace dynamics.
