• Manage a portfolio of approximately 10 to 20 high-ticket client accounts. • Oversee accounts with monthly recurring revenue ranging from $3,000 to $6,000. • Maintain total managed MRR between $20,000 and $100,000, depending on the account mix. • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management. • Coordinate internally with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met. • Track account progress, tasks, and deliverables using project management tools. • Maintain accurate documentation, updates, and reporting across internal systems. • Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and areas for account growth or optimization.
