• Lead execution of the company’s mitigation outpost expansion strategy • Help determine market prioritization and launch sequencing • Recruit, train, and coach local market/outpost leaders • Travel frequently to support new market launches and operational stabilization • Develop and refine operating playbooks, SOPs, performance scorecards, training and accountability rhythms • Coordinate launch logistics including: trucks and vans, mitigation equipment, vehicle wraps and branding, warehouse/storage space, insurance setup, basic field infrastructure • Drive KPI accountability across markets including: job volume, revenue, gross profit, speed-to-lead, speed-to-site conversion rates • Partner with leadership and marketing teams to support lead generation and growth • Provide field support and coaching when operational issues arise
