Job Description
• Conduct undercover evaluations from your home base.
• Take detailed notes like the professional that you are.
• Stick to assignment guidelines and stay incognito with our help.
• Provide honest, unbiased feedback for our very valued customers.
Job Requirements
- Availability to make/respond to calls/emails during regular business hours Monday through Friday.
- Comfortable with Word and Excel.
- Strong computer skills relating to typing, downloading files from email, and setting up folders on your computer.
- A computer with MS Word and MS Excel with Windows operating systems.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to provide a government-issued ID & a copy of Social Security Card if hired.
- Prefer experience working for a hotel or hospitality company.
