Job Description

• Deliver strategic guidance and expertise throughout the entire client’s lifecycle • Partner closely with sales to provide analytics-driven insights • Craft compelling solution strategies and position offerings effectively • Collaborate with the client management team to ensure seamless implementation • Interpret complex regulatory requirements and guide clients through compliance challenges • Use advanced data analytics to uncover trends and inform strategic decisions • Participate in product and data insights improvement activities

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years’ experience in the healthcare marketplace
  • Knowledge of Out-of-Network market, and experience with Out-of-Network claims repricing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the No Surprises Act
  • Knowledge of traditional PPO Network plan designs
  • Strong experience working with healthcare payers and technology enabled solutions
  • A demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and fast paced environment
  • High level of comfort with public speaking and client presentations
  • Experience in CRM use, specifically with salesforce.com highly preferred
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, and Sigma
